Welcome to the GHL Champs In-Depth Mentorship Program under Go High Level Champs - Training PH. By enrolling in the program, accessing the training materials, joining coaching calls, or using any included software/training accounts such as FunnelGenie, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.

These Terms are designed to protect both the students and the organization while maintaining a professional, ethical, and high-quality learning environment.

1. Program Overview

The GHL Champs In-Depth Mentorship Program is a skills-based mentorship and implementation program focused on:

  • GoHighLevel (GHL)

  • Funnels

  • Automation

  • SaaS setup

  • Client acquisition

  • Freelancing systems

  • AI tools and workflows

  • Business implementation strategies

The program may include:

  • Live coaching calls

  • Group mentoring

  • Recorded trainings

  • Community access

  • Assignments and challenges

  • Funnel templates

  • Resources and swipe files

  • FunnelGenie SaaS training account access

  • Bonus sessions and guest trainings

Program inclusions may change, improve, or be updated at any time without prior notice to improve student experience.

2. Enrollment Policy

Enrollment is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.

By enrolling, the student confirms that:

  • All submitted information is accurate

  • They understand this is a mentorship and implementation program, not a guaranteed income opportunity

  • Results will vary depending on effort, skill level, consistency, market conditions, and implementation

GHL Champs reserves the right to deny, suspend, or revoke access to any student who violates community standards, ethical conduct, or these Terms and Conditions.

3. Payment Terms

All payments made toward the mentorship program are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Students agree to complete all required payments based on the selected payment arrangement.

Failure to complete installment payments may result in:

  • Temporary suspension of access

  • Removal from coaching calls

  • Revocation of FunnelGenie access

  • Removal from the community

  • Ineligibility for certificates, bonuses, or future offers

Late payments beyond the agreed schedule may result in account limitations until balances are settled.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the program and the immediate access to proprietary materials, templates, systems, recordings, and coaching resources:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of time

  • Failure to attend coaching calls

  • Failure to implement

  • Personal circumstances

  • Business results not meeting expectations

  • Lack of technical knowledge

  • Failure to use the program

Refund requests will not be entertained once access to the training platform, recordings, community, templates, or FunnelGenie account has been granted.

If a duplicate payment or accidental charge occurs, students must notify the team within 7 days for investigation.

5. FunnelGenie / SaaS Training Account Policy

Some mentorship packages include temporary access to FunnelGenie SaaS accounts powered by GoHighLevel for training and implementation purposes.

Students agree to the following:

5.1 Account Usage

The FunnelGenie account is intended primarily for:

  • Learning

  • Practice

  • Building funnels

  • Testing automations

  • Portfolio creation

  • Client fulfillment (depending on the offer inclusion)

Students may not use the platform for:

  • Illegal activities

  • Spam campaigns

  • Fraudulent marketing

  • Adult, gambling, or prohibited content

  • Activities violating GoHighLevel policies

  • Malicious automation or phishing

5.2 Access Duration and Rebilling Policy

Access duration depends on the enrolled package and promotional offer at the time of enrollment.

Examples may include:

  • 6-month access

  • 12-month access

  • Limited-time training access

  • Promotional free access periods

The included FunnelGenie training account is provided as part of the mentorship program for training, implementation, practice, portfolio building, and limited client fulfillment purposes.

After the included free access period expires, the account may be subject to:

  • Rebilling

  • Subscription renewal

  • Upgrade requirements

  • Conversion into a paid business account

  • Feature limitations if no renewal is completed

If the student chooses to continue using the account after the free access duration, applicable subscription or rebilling charges may automatically apply based on the active account setup and agreed billing method on file.

Failure to maintain an active subscription after the access period may result in:

  • Suspension of account access

  • Limited functionality

  • Removal of premium features

  • Restricted automation access

  • Inaccessibility of funnels, workflows, contacts, snapshots, and stored assets

Students are solely responsible for backing up important data and assets before expiration, cancellation, or suspension.

5.3 Wallet Balance, Usage Fees, and Auto-Replenishment

Certain FunnelGenie features utilize consumption-based services powered by GoHighLevel and third-party providers. These services may include but are not limited to:

  • Email sending

  • AI features and AI-generated outputs

  • Premium workflow triggers

  • Phone, SMS, or calling services

  • External integrations and usage-based tools

To maintain access to these features, students may be required to maintain a minimum wallet balance inside their training account.

A default wallet funding amount ($10 USD) may be charged after signup or during account activation to support usage-based platform services.

This wallet amount is consumable and used only when applicable features are utilized.

For normal training usage purposes only, the wallet balance is generally intended to last for an extended period and is not expected to be rapidly consumed unless the account is used for large-scale campaigns, mass marketing, excessive automation usage, or high-volume sending activities.

Students acknowledge and agree that:

  • Wallet charges are separate from mentorship enrollment fees

  • Usage-based costs may vary depending on feature utilization

  • Wallet balances are non-refundable once consumed

  • FunnelGenie reserves the right to require wallet replenishment to maintain certain services

  • Some platform features may become unavailable if the wallet balance reaches zero

If auto-replenishment or automatic rebilling is enabled on the account, the student authorizes FunnelGenie to process the applicable recharge amount using the payment method on file to prevent interruption of services.

Students may request clarification regarding wallet usage, billing structure, or feature consumption at any time through official support channels.

5.4 Account Ownership and Limitation

Ownership:

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing:

  • FunnelGenie accounts remain under the management and master agency ownership of GHL Champs/FunnelGenie

  • Students are granted usage access, not full platform ownership

  • Reselling, transferring, or sharing access without authorization is prohibited

Limitation:

FunnelGenie training accounts included inside the In-Depth Mentorship Program are exclusive for enrolled students only and are provided at a special training rate.

Students acknowledge and agree that:

  • These training accounts are not equivalent to standard public business SaaS pricing

  • Access is subsidized for educational and mentorship purposes

  • Certain limitations or conditions may apply compared to full commercial agency accounts

Business-level usage, high-volume campaigns, or commercial scaling activities may require upgrading to a separate paid business account plan.

5.5 Fair Usage Policy

To maintain platform stability and fair usage for all users:

GHL Champs reserves the right to review excessive or abusive usage including but not limited to:

  • Mass spam email/SMS sending

  • Excessive storage usage

  • Abuse of AI or automation features

  • High-risk campaign activity

  • Unauthorized subaccount creation

  • Platform misuse

Accounts found violating fair usage policies may be restricted or terminated without refund.

5.6 Technical Downtime Disclaimer

Students acknowledge that FunnelGenie and GoHighLevel are third-party software platforms and occasional outages, bugs, delays, or technical limitations may occur.

GHL Champs is not liable for:

  • System downtime

  • Third-party outages

  • Automation failures

  • Missed leads due to platform issues

  • Data loss caused by external systems

Reasonable support will still be provided whenever possible.

6. Intellectual Property

All training materials are protected intellectual property owned by GHL Champs, Coach JV, guest coaches, or their respective creators.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Resell the materials

  • Redistribute recordings

  • Upload content publicly

  • Share paid resources outside the program

  • Repackage the trainings as their own

Unauthorized distribution may result in legal action and immediate removal from the program.

  • Videos

  • Recordings

  • Templates

  • Funnels

  • Workflows

  • Snapshots

  • Documents

  • Scripts

  • Slides

  • Frameworks

  • Resources

  • Community materials

Students may not:

6.1 Account Sharing and Unauthorized Access

Access to the mentorship program is strictly limited to the enrolled student only.

Students may NOT:

  • Share Zoom meeting links

  • Share replay links or recordings

  • Share course portal login credentials

  • Allow non-enrolled individuals to attend coaching calls

  • Share FunnelGenie or platform access with unauthorized users

  • Redistribute paid materials, templates, or resources outside the program

Any attempt to share, leak, distribute, or give unauthorized access to paid trainings, calls, portals, or community resources will be considered a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

GHL Champs reserves the right to:

  • Immediately revoke access without refund

  • Suspend associated accounts

  • Remove the student permanently from the mentorship program and community

  • Deny future enrollment opportunities

Repeated or severe violations may also result in legal action if proprietary materials are unlawfully distributed.

Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their own accounts and login credentials.

7. Community Conduct Policy

To maintain a healthy learning environment, students are expected to:

  • Show professionalism and respect

  • Avoid harassment, discrimination, or toxic behavior

  • Refrain from excessive self-promotion or unsolicited selling

  • Avoid poaching clients or students from the community

  • Avoid spreading misinformation or harmful content

GHL Champs reserves the right to remove members without refund for behavior deemed harmful to the community.

8. Coaching Calls and Recordings

Live coaching calls may be recorded for educational and internal training purposes.

By participating in calls, students acknowledge that:

  • Their voice, questions, shared screens, or participation may appear in recordings

  • Recordings may be uploaded inside the student portal or community

Students are responsible for attending sessions live if they want real-time interaction and support.

Replay availability is not guaranteed permanently.

9. Results Disclaimer

GHL Champs does not guarantee:

  • Specific income results

  • Client acquisition

  • Business success

  • Employment opportunities

  • Freelancing contracts

Success stories and testimonials shared inside the program represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of future performance.

Student results depend on multiple factors including effort, consistency, communication skills, execution, market demand, and personal circumstances.

10. Confidentiality

Students agree not to share confidential internal discussions, strategies, pricing structures, coaching materials, or student information outside the program.

Private community discussions and internal systems are intended solely for enrolled members.

11. Account Termination

GHL Champs reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund for violations including but not limited to:

  • Payment fraud

  • Harassment

  • Piracy

  • Sharing paid materials

  • Unauthorized account access

  • Spam activities

  • Ethical misconduct

  • Platform abuse

Termination may include permanent removal from:

  • Coaching calls

  • Community groups

  • Student portals

  • FunnelGenie accounts

  • Future offers and events

12. Limitation of Liability

By joining the program, students acknowledge that GHL Champs, Coach JV, FunnelGenie, coaches, admins, and affiliates shall not be held liable for:

  • Business losses

  • Technical issues

  • Missed opportunities

  • Data loss

  • Indirect damages

  • Financial decisions made by students

  • Third-party platform failures

Students assume full responsibility for how they apply the information taught inside the program.

13. Amendments

GHL Champs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time to improve operations, maintain compliance, or adapt to platform changes.

Updated terms become effective once posted or communicated inside official channels.

14. Agreement

By enrolling in the GHL Champs In-Depth Mentorship Program, the student confirms that they:

  • Have read these Terms and Conditions

  • Understand the policies stated above

  • Agree to comply with all program rules and guidelines

Failure to comply may result in suspension or removal from the program.
